Playa Deal Card
I was reading a little bit about the savings you receive when you purchase this card, however I was curious if you are able to use it at your resort for when you book tours through them?
I'm sorry I'm filled with so many stupid questions today I just stumbled upon this board today so my brain is on over drive with things to ask. Please forgive me. Gunnersgirl~ |

With the card, you'll easily book direct with the actual service provider, instead of the resort's 'authorized' tour agent (that pays quite a large fee to the resort for the rights, and charges anywhere from 25 to 40% commission to the actual tour provider).
There's a local telephone number that rings directly to us, so we can help you in case you have any questions or would like some help booking. I'll let others comment on our accessibility and quality of service. |

The Playa Deal Card is great. It is well worth it and the service from James and Anna is unbelievable. They are available to answer any questions or help you with any problems. James will even chase you down on his bicycle to hand deliver your card to you!! You do that for everybody, don't you??
