Sandra here. I have been bumped by America west vacation from the Barcelo to an "upgrade" of either the moon palace, Grand Xcaret or Allegro playacar. At this point I hear (from another traveler) a refund takes much time, allegro is out of the question from post's I have read, Moon palace is too (don't wan to be in cancun if I can help it)- Is the Grand Flamenco ok or should I be looking for a refund and book the barcelo "ala carte" ????
