We have a Christian conference ground in our little town. We were across the street getting ice cream and I started talking to a lady who said she was from a group Unitarian Universalist apparently very open minded embrace of all religions. I think she said they called the Jewish group ‘U-Jews and the Muslims ‘U-Mus’
Disclaimer!!! I mean no disrespect to any religion, just thought it funny

That assumes the existence of a God (one), who gives some sort of divine right to governments to make choices like that.
That is an assumption that many do not share and that has no place in the government of the USA, though I understand that some theocratic societies accept it. Quote:
