did you go to the toilet early morning before getting on the scale? I HATE it when i weigh more in the morning than at night....supposed to be the opposite...

Filet Mignon
A mix of wild and white rice
Steamed asparagus

Chocolate fondue and fruit

Red wine with dinner
Champagne after dinner

The next morning,
Kathy was concerned she had gained weight
She lost a couple of pounds.
