$403 for flight & 3 nights at MGM in Vegas with $50 dining credit and $15 in free slots so I'm thinking that sounds pretty good.

Veterans Day week so it shouldn't be too hot.

I am so sorry. This morning when I read your post, I just could not believe that someone would go to such an extent to harm and kill an innocent animal. I have been thinking about this all day. I'd probably help your dad hunt these low-lifes down.

Hey, hi!! How are you doing over in Cozumel- it's Deb, right?



We had a good 3 days up at the lake with our friends. Although 4 adults and 2 kids in a trailer was a bit cramped. Especially since the other husband snores VERY loudly.

We came home yesterday and went to the new Star Trek movie last night- it is GREAT! I was not expecting it to be so good. Eric Bana plays the bad guy and he is hot.

Some bad news...our neice Stephanie, the one I went to Playa with last December? She went into labour yesterday morning at barely 30 weeks with her twins. They managed to stop it but she is in the hospital now until she delivers. Some good vibes for our great niece and nephew to be able to cook just a little longer would be much appreciated.

She did not have them yet. They stopped her labour, thankfully...I don't know how much they would weigh, around 2-3 pounds at this stage, but closer to two because it's twins? Too early yet....although 30 weeks is not TOO bad....I know they were hoping she could get at least to 32 weeks.


We are going to see her this afternoon. I guess she is still having minor contractions, just some Braxton Hicks hopefully. *fingers crossed*

She has been on bed rest since her third month. Before she conceived this pregnancy, in the previous 18 months she had lost two other babies quite far along- one was 5 and a half months and the other at 18 weeks....it was very difficult for them but she has been so strong....but losing these two as well, this far along, would almost kill her, I think.
