I love the public library
![]() We are heading to Calgary tomorrow so I can do my Ride to Conquer Cancer and my kids were complaining that they didn't have anything new to read for the 3 hr drive. I signed into our online library accounts, and voila, now there are several books awaiting pickup

I am a big fan, and so are my kids. In fact, we are heading there later today so I can pick up some travel books. I am changing up a little of what we planned to do in Europe, and need to check out a few places I hadn't thought of. A wonderful cause to ride for. |

Just heard an ad on the radio for Chapel Lawns Funeral Home. They were promoting, among other things, their "temperature controlled cremation urn repository." U-m-m-m-m...why does this matter? Aren't their clients past worrying about the cold, and they've already dealt with about as much heat as they're likely to?
