David and I are going to see this guy at the Wilbur Theater in Boston next week. I've never seen a "famous" comedian at a live performance before, so I'm really looking forward to it. This guy just cracked me up soooo much when we watched him on TV a couple of months ago. I hope his show is good.

I bought some Rainier cherries today. I'd never tried them, but I've always been in awe of how pretty they are. Holy moly they are DELICIOUS! I've never had anything like it. They are like little cherry/plum/peaches.

The cicadas are playing their mad, summer violins. It is deafening. One gave me a start today on the door of the shed, but it was just his shell--body gone.
