Or realize that some have dropped off (me) because they (me) realize what I'm saying will be twisted into some sort of gobbledeeeegook and doesn't have time nor cares to take the time to participate in something that never reaches pass zero as far as understanding?????? Why I let my post count go above ......say 5 or 6....in any given hot button issue thread is beyond me.

It's that and some a law that was passed in Idaho where now a pharmacy can have five technicians assist each pharmacist. It's cheaper to hire a technician.

I am sorry to hear this. I agree with the age issue. What's going on with the pharmacy field around here is that either newly graduated pharmacists or older pharmacists are not getting jobs. Also, pharmacists have to be certified to give flu shots too. For Oregon, Dave has to wait until the annual state meeting to participate in the workshop. Besides that, there are no openings. We checked the job list and there are only seven openings in Idaho and all of these are being managed by job agencies. That sucks.

Thanks Gary. Dave appreciates it. Dave has to get licensed for each state in which he applies for a job and that is if this state does reciprocation. Reciprocation means that Dave does not have to re-take the federal test. Apparently, there are several places in Texas that are considering pharmacists who are currently in the process of getting a license.
