On the detached ones from what the sales person said, I think the association only covers the lawn, landscaping, snow removal and any common areas (like the entrance), but still that is a good question. I will make sure to ask if I decide to go through with it. Thanks.

"It only rains on the weekend!"

"It rains all week and I have cut the grass every weekend!"

"It's too wet... It's too hot... The rivers are too high to fish... The rivers are too low to fish..."

It's the same here, but insert snow or cold for the rain during the winter.

And yes if I never had to run a snowblower again, I don't think it would bother me much.
