The more I hear, the more I don't like it. I find it extremely restrictive and many ways.

I like the old WW where they taught you how to eat healthier for life, taught ya about portion sizes and allowed you to have small portions of things that you would never be able to eat on this new-fangled way.
I AM on the "old WW" diet, Bonny: the Flex Plan. I'm doing it on-line. You can either do the Core Plan or the Flex Plan. I lost almost 30 lbs. on the Flex Plan back in 2002, so I know it'll work for me. I just gotta get used to paying attention to what I'm shoving in my face again. During the past 6+ months I've done A LOT of emotional eating (stress, depression, etc.) The WW program is GREAT in that it really does teach you portion control AND how to eat healthier. David's a really good egg about it too, and he's more than happy to come along for the ride when he's at my place. Tonight I had whole wheat pasta for the first time EVER, and it was delish. AND a whole point less than regular pasta!

Progresso brand soups are really good and they are "0" points per serving (two servings per can)

WW Flex plan is a good one. Ya just gotta count those points and some times that can be a pain, but it keeps you on track.

My food's not as good as Disney food. (Can you tell I'm trying to get back to healthy eating... so I can relate, Karen. )

Good. I am glad it worked for you.
Oh, and I like whole wheat (and whole wheat with flax) pasta too.
