I just made a new flavor of ice cream and it's AWESOME: Heath Bar hot fudge malt.
The base has: 2 cups cream 2/3 cup malt powder 1/4 tsp vanilla 1 cup half & half 3/4 cup sugar pinch of salt 6 egg yolks Then I made hot fudge sauce with bittersweet chocolate, butter, evaporated milk and sugar and added it to the ice cream while it was being churned, and then I added Heath Bar bits. Holy cow! |

Comcast cable TV charges 23.00 bucks a month for just the local channels, but you can get a digital converter box at Walmart for 30.00 bucks and those channels are free. Why would anybody pay money for what you can get for free?

Random question here:
Most people bring alcohol out of Mexico. I am wondering if anybody has imported alcohol/Beer to Mexico? Cans or bottled beer is what I am considering bringing down. Would like to bring my friends a beer or 2 from where we live. Thought that would be cool. : ) ![]() ![]() But I have never packed any cans in our suitcase; yes it would have to be in a checked bag. So this is what I would do: 3 or 4 cans per gallon zip lock baggie, and then it goes into another zip lock. I sure hope I don’t smell like beer all week….. Think it will work??????? |

No worries. I have also packed cans and bottles of local beer from different points in the USA to bring home. Your idea will work fine. I've always had good luck packing booze. Coming home from our last trip though. I had a bottle of La Pinta Tequila "not make it" That was a stinky mess. |
