You went from a 34 to a 38 by starting running "the other day"!

Sorry this made me LOL! Good for you though man, you've got me beat! I am currently at 38 myself and need to find the motivation to do what you've done!

Do you know how to treat that boil/pimple/ingrown hair? They can cause a lot of discomfort.

Congratulations on losing those inches!

that is 'mountain lioness' to you

Okay, I get it , you meant you started 2 months ago...silly me

Most people I know who 'take up running' end up gaining weight because they are rewarding themselves with ice cream and eat more burgers because they worked up an appetite and can 'justify' it....so good job!

I thought you looked pretty darn good in that pic you posted recently

I hear ya on the french fries. But for me it is CHEESE and ice cream and doughnuts....I have been dreaming of cheese! But I am 5 pounds down!

Don made haystacks last night. The house smelled like chocolate. I wanted to kill him.

I put the weight on because of doughnuts. The kitchen I am now running does about 1500 meals per day, all high end. We have that crap everywhere

In the office it is doughnuts or muffins or cinnamon buns almost daily too. Bad!! I have lost my taste almost completely for sugar now, thankfully....although that chocolate sure did smell good last night....mmmm haystacks are the bomb!

Not to freak you out even more, but I have seen a deer jump out in front of a car around 1:00 in the afternoon too - the lady in front of me hit it going about 35-40 and it shattered her entire windshield. I'll spare you the other details but just be careful, that's all you can do.

In 10 years I've had 3 VERY close calls, and some of my friends who have lived here for 20 years and never had 1. You just never know.
