Whew! Last night I finally got all my presents bought, home at 8, then was done wrapping at 9 (that was a long 14 hour day of being away from home ), then had a BIG glass of wine to celebrate.

Today I sit here at work, almost nine AM, and it is still about a half hour away from sunrise....so, I am up for over four hours before the sun comes up!!? that's nuts!

Was talking to a couple of kids that work for me the other day, they have no idea who Bing and Bob are. Went home and asked my own kids, same thing

Was banging a little Bing and David in my head this morn.....Thank GOD they know who Bowie is

Whaaa! One of my favourite co-workers is retiring, his last day is tomorrow. We just had the usual 'coffee and donuts' send-off for him....so sad!! For us, not for him....well, for him too, or so he says. 40 years he has been an engineer here....amazing.

I'm packing at the same time for both Christmas at my parents and for two weeks holiday in Playa. I'm pretty sure I'll find bikinis to wear for Christmas dinner
