I was striding (yes, striding- it's the boots) and humming/singing that song earlier..."dum da dum dum dum, dumdumdum....Christmas comes today-ayyy.."my boss says to me "You are too happy these days- I think we'll send you for drug testing!"

I have TONS of energy!

Santa's little helper I think it's great that you cheer up others and bring everyone into holiday mood. You keep on singing (I hope you test negative )

Frankenstein is the best!! Just kinda mumbling.

I have my bottle of Dr. Zenzen chilling, off to our Splurge xmas party/gift exchange tonight.

our 12th year with the same group of 12 women. :z ipit:

I love my wimmens!!

Through all the laughter and yelling, tears and tiffs, fights and follies, ups and downs, divorces, deaths and dinners out, bottles and bottles and BOXES of wine...we all still can be in a room together and everyone gets along after a dozen years...that is pretty good!

Wow..I gave a man friend some Italian xmas cookies and he turned around and gave me a velvet bag from Neimans...inside was a Konstantino Silver and gold bracelet. Should I bake him some more cookies? I looked it up on the internet because I don't keep up with designer jewelry. OMG!!! I know he is a multi-millionaire...but.....OMG!

Lucky you! I love Konstantino jewelry. I always gaze at it lovingly when I see it.

he might be after something more than just your cookies, Rita.

What does your husband think of this extravagant gift from another man....I know mine would not be too impressed...unless we were all good friends and the guy likes to give $$ gifts and there are no strings attached, of course.

No..he's not after anything...he is just a very giving man to everyone. He once offered to buy me a first class ticket to Italy, silly me thanked him and declined. He is also very old and in bad health. He just loves to give gifts. He also gives mucho to charity.

Slim was very impressed.

I would be more flattered if he were after something more than friendship.
