These cherry tomatoes are SO TASTY!!
Too often the ones we get here are almost totally tasteless- these ones are yummy.

Random...

What are condiments you cannot do without?

these are always in our fridge....like, ALWAYS....:

China Lily, made from human hair? yes, maybe, but there is no better soya sauce out there!

and of course regular Tabasco...I put that shit on everything...okay, wrong hot sauce but you get the idea.

Rooster sauce!

This is great dressing, from Costco, great in pasta salad, on subs and wraps, as a marinade, and on salads:

Presidents Choice jerk sauce....holy crap, watch your eyes!!!

gotta have a jar each of these, as well as pickled asparagus and dill pickles:

and

and of course the ubiquitous French's mustard and Heintz ketchup and hamburger relish.....and we have Miracle Whip not mayo. I hate mayo.

That dog would scare the crap out of me.

Oops, YES, Maggi sauce too! Which is basically just pure MSG. I add it to stir frys.

No Frontera brand here.

I usually just buy Old El Paso or Pace, and my mom makes good homemade salsa.

Too many condiments to name. Our fridge always looks sticked. You remove the condiments and realize there's no damn food in it.

Rooster sauce is the biggie no one can live without. Various mustards, seem to be the biggest offender of taking up space but rarely used. Every time I see a new style, I buy it.

Honey yellow
honey dijon
dijon
spicy dijon
yellow
horse radish
coney
course brown
chinese hot...

That's all I can think of without looking.

I just woke up. My eyes are super blurry this morning.
Or my glasses are really dirty.
Or my tablet screen is covered in finger smudges.
it's a riddle I don't feel like solving right now.

Pretty good this morning. No vicadin breakfast today. Though that may proove to be a mistake later on. I'm getting back some basic movement in my right arm. Another good thing. I think the swelling and pressure on my spinal cord is relaxing some.

This should make surgery and recovery better. Woohoo! It's getting close now. Actually surgery scares a living begeezus out of me but anything is better than laying here.

It's spring time! I got fish to catch and grills to grill, and beer to drink, and mustard to eat! Let's go! Get that skinning knife out!

Wow, Rissask...you are a sucker for sauces!

Just so you know, some of the Patak's have red dye in them. Not everyone cares about that, I realize. But I stopped using a few of Patak's because of the red dyes and additives. Some are okay..I just scan the labels. I try to make sauces from scratch now, after getting some nice spices from an Indian coworker who grinds her own. It's actually not that much harder/doesn't take much more time to make curry/tandoori/jerk from scratch if you have the right recipe.

Siracha is a staple in our house for my son. He goes through that stuff like sugar.

Being Diabetic, we don't go thru that much actual sugar in the house. Don't use any fake sugar either tho, cept the stuff that has either of those items in them...

We have many sauces. Hot stuff for me, not hot for Lisa. Jalepeno Mustard, jalepeno ketchup, reg mustard, reg ketchup, honey dijon, brown mustard, many styles of bbq sauce, hot, sweet, normal, bold, including A1, Famous Daves, Heinz 57 and a few others. Mayo & Miracle Whip. Lisa doesn't like mayo, cept for one thing... I think that is tuna salad. Only about 4 mixed varieties of hot sauce. And then Welcome to Taste of Hanalei
Also the lemon & lime juice, a few Pataks, and about 6 bottles/jars of dressings.

My boys love Siracha as well. I stay far away.

Hope your day got better. Breathe in deeply and slowly through your nose. Let out slowly from your mouth. Do this for a bit. Feel the stress leave your body....
