I am actually a bad wife. I love when he goes away for a few days. I love him dearly but it's nice to be alone for a bit. Eat when you want and what you want, the house stays neat and clean, I get total control of the remote.

After three days or so I do start to miss him. Absence makes the heart grow fonder, I guess.

I think my favorite comment I've found so far is this:

"Just go to Goodwill and get some old HAMMER pants. Same thing! WTH? Can't eat this..."

Jurgen's dogs went home yesterday, and I'm excited to announce that we get to foster Fuerte. I don't know if any of you have been following the shelter threads, but Fuerte was hit in the head with a machete. Her forehead was sliced open. She's on her way to good health, and I'm thrilled to say that it will continue in my house.
