Thanks Nerak936. We have been reading this site for the last 3 years and finally decided to join in the fun. We were booked to go back to the Tucan with our friends in July but our youngest son (21) Craig got bitten whilst abroad with the RN and over the last 8 months he has watched as his left foot has died and he is close to having his forefoot amputated. Oh, my!!! That's horrible to hear!!! I'm so sorry that he's going through all that.
But it does certainly sound like he has a very loving, supportive family right beside him as he goes through this, and for that I'm sure he is grateful.
The beautiful IB Tucan/Quetzal will be there for you ALL when you get the opportunity to return again. Be sure to say "hola" to those adorable agoutis for me when you do return!!!
