Well all I can say is congratulations!!.... it can't get any better than that... sitting at the BB with your computer and having a great time with friends and getting paid!!! Yup, you've landed the dream position! Way to go!!
From hearing about all the problems that Andy has been having with getting internet connection, I think that the BB will be your new office once you get to Playa!

Thanks again! I do feel REALLY lucky!! It hasn't happened yet though, so I'm waiting with bated breath! Like I said, the REAL challange will be getting my work done.

Yep, I'm relocating my job. All I need is an internet connection. Working on a computer while sitting in Mexico is going to have it's challenges for sure...but I'm already scooping out some places that have WIFI in case I need to get out of wherever it is I end up living for a bit.

Jez has already told me that the Beer Bucket has the best WIFI connection in the area.
Is your company hiring ?

On August 1st we had our Peep Dive. It was me, Larry, Donna, and Terri. I met Donna and Terri a few days before the Peep Dive when they burst into The Dive Shop looking for 'Pablo'!! They had been walking and searching for The Dive Shop for ages. Their cab driver let them off at Calle 1 and Avenida 10. oops!! They are very funny and personable woman. Donna has a beautiful tattoo of an underwater scene on her back with Terri's husband diving in the middle of it all. It was Donna's first time to Mexico and she had been there exactly one day and already bought a timeshare. I'm 100% positive that she got a great deal on her timeshare when I heard her try to negotiate a better diving price with Morgan.

The diving was great! Larry was a bit sick on the first dive and Terri was REALLY sick on the second dive. We dove Punta Venado and Tortuga and had a very nice surface interval at a beautiful beach where I picked up a few things for myself.

These pictures are courtesy of Donna. Thanks Donna!!

Yes, Vanessa, is your company hiring????
Do you know what timeshare she bought... I did the same thing when I went with my husband last year. We purchased at the Mayan Palace. Not that close to playa, but oh well, we always rent cars when we go down anyways, so we don't mind driving into Playa. Did it a couple of times this last trip... hopefully I can get to Playa in the next two years (without the kids!!). And I can hopefully convince my husband to actually STAY in Playa! (that is my goal.... cross your fingers!).

Take me with you! I can type. I'll clean your diving mask and feed the cat. I'll save you a seat at the BB and do all the laundry.

You're hired...cause I like you so much!!

I'm pretty good with feeding my own cat, though. It's the litter box that will need scooping!

I'll also need a bodyguard when Gingele rolls into town like a badass gunslinger toting 2 bottles of Don Julio in her holsters. The woman scares me sometimes!!

Afraid I can't help you out there. I'm powerless when confronted with a two bottle totin' Gingele. Best just to go along...

Not sure where Donna bought. Someplace in Playacar...I wanna say Fisherman's Village, but I really don't remember. The Mayan Palace looks very nice!! And yes, you MUST get to Playa.

Translator... cool, yo hablo espanol! (ok, don't know how to do that little squiggly over the n).
You have no idea how bad I want to go back. But right now I'm saving up for my girls 15th and 16th birthday (will be a big traditional quinceanera type party, so that will cost a pretty penny). Their party is March 14, 2009 the good thing is that I'm doing both a quinceanera and a sweet 16... hey can't beat that, two for the price of one

Ah yes, the quinceanera! Very pricey these days. My dads other daughters had these...almost wedding-like with the attendents and the escorts. Then the dinner, the limo, the band. Nice that you can do both at once! Hope you make it to Playa for some R and R after that.

Mhhh, How much will you pay?
I can be your body guard, I'm immune to tequila and I have my own massage table.
