And there is 1 room left with ONE supplier...I didn't check with anyone else yet. But they would definitely have the best price so I went there first.
Did you pay by credit card? Maybe call the CC company and dispute the charges...see what they suggest you do. You have a failure to deliver a product or service that you paid for. Seems to me they can jump in.
And I agree...they should hand you the best hotel in the world for the amount of aggravation they have caused you.
