Yeah, I'm glad you said that, because I was gonna say that it seems a stretch to me to say she looks like Carrie Anne Moss. But then I thought maybe I wasn't remembering her so clearly from such a brief encounter as at your place that day.
In fact I personally don't even find Carrie Anne Moss very attractive, much less gorgeous, the word you used, Maggie (although in fairness I can't remember seeing her in much except the
Matrix flicks, with that bizarre look, and
Memento, where she's hardly displaying her beautiful side).
By contrast if pressed I would have to agree with James (and perhaps your husband?) that Laura is a long way from being an eyesore.
