Wow, Stew- that's a pretty hefty ride And I was whining after my short little jog today (I would venture a guess that it was much cooler here, too) I have much admiration for you, mi amigo

AND...

I dig Missing Persons and Blondie as well!

In terms of 80s, I'm a bit more into dance and alternative such as New Order, Depeche Mode, the Smiths, etc. Little bit later I also really got into Underworld, if you've heard of them. But I've always dug the beat!

I love the Smiths!!! The best memory of my life has to be listening to The Smiths (on the jukebox -- not live or anything) in a pub in a small town in England in 2005. It was like living my dream from my high school days! Just like in high school, I was wearing my Doc Martens, smoking cigs (I quit smoking in 2006) and hanging with my best friend. Life didn't get much better than that moment!

I also used to listen to The Dead Kennedys, Sex Pistols, Violent Femmes, and of course, I listened to U2 in the 80s!

Odd eh?

Would not surprise me, but how do they reproduce? I love the image of shaggy rambling zombie armadillos humping!

I was also way into punk in high school! Seen the Dead Kennedys, Circle Jerks, Black Flag (w/ Rollins!), etc.

BTW, check out the link on Lounge Against the Machine - Richard Cheese does a lounge style version of "Holiday in Cambodia." Classic!

Yeah- but I like to combine my exercise with my pup's exercise. While it would be entertaining to watch her chasing after me on a bike- I think it might kill her

That's great. It's a nice family activity. I gave my old bike to our housekeeper so she can get to us more easily. I am on the hunt for a new one now.
