Yeah, that could go in this thread as well. Both random and annoying.

Pen-clickers annoy me as well...but I do it all the time...to the point where I can't grab a clicky pen because I instantly start clicking it.

What about the sound of flip flops? I was at the mall and this woman made the loudest flapping sound with her flip flops that even my daughter thought it was annoying.
