i am SOOOOOOO with you on this one, James. Carboncitos rocks!!! love their salsas combo, tacos el pastor, queso fundido with chorizo, shrimp/grilled pepper, onions, bacon and white cheese dish, and the champiñones (mushrooms) with garlic. all YUMMO!!!!!! service has always been great as well.
matter of fact, i plan on eating there in exactly 24 more days right before a peep meet at the Bucket on the 25th. woo hoo!!
