I finally made it to El Fogon a couple of weeks ago when I was down. I thought it was good, but taco v. taco, sauces v. sauces, I still prefer Carboncitos. Having said that, I've eaten at Carboncitos several times (the one across from Ajua,) and only once at El Fogon, which was, granted, very good. So, to ensure that this was a representative example, I feel compelled to go back to El Fogon for several more meals before rendering a firm opinion. Oy
