I don't think Alejandro should have stolen his grandma's salsa recipes, but I'm glad he did. They are the best in town, IMHO. You don't pay extra for salsa, they'll give you your choice included. If you want a plate of salsa boats with chips, you'll pay a couple bucks for that.

One battles it's competition for the lowest priced al pastor in town, the other battles all comers for the best quality al pastor in town.

On Pastorcitos, I know the family that runs this place. I usually go there instead of El Fogon when I'm eating in my neighborhood. We had our get-together/greet/meet dinner before our wedding there.
