"Scenic" boat ride

Hi!
I'm coming down for a wedding in mid-December and am interested in setting up a scenic boat ride for the guests a few days before the wedding. Does anyone have any tips/recommendations on who/what I should try to set this up with??

This is the boat trip that I would take all my friends on.
