This is so funny!.....it must be awful if you are caught short so to speak!...like my hubby who is on water tablets for kidney probs...when he has to go he has to find a loo quick smart! because it is also an offense in the UK to pee behind a tree etc! LOL.......which is only right...it is much worse if you are a lady!!
......er......not even going there..LOL.......isnt it funny how talking about bodily functions is always an excuse for a good laugh.......it is a world wide thing as well.........toilet humour! oh dear!! dont mean to offend anybody honest!!

OK, let me first say that I posted that under my wife's MO as I was on her laptop, but thought I was signed in under my name.
She can't understand why she is getting emails asking here what state she lives in?![]() here in Mexico. So with that out of the way, I should have done a bit more research before spewing my know it all verbiage here. about people (GUYS) who have had to register as sex offenders (felony) after getting arrested for draining the lizard in public.(misdemeanor) Google has come to the rescue with a couple of links below and some pasted stories as well.I stand corrected IT CAN HAPPEN, I'm sure there is more info. out there but I am out of time......Nobody's Business: Florida Banishes Man for Public Urination Lawmakers: Public urination shouldn't lead to sex offender status - EagleTribune.com, North Andover, MA There are 3 Levels of Sex Offenders in Massachusetts Level 1 Sex Offenders (peeing in public) Where the Sex Offender Registry Board determines that the risk of reoffense by an offender is low and the degree of dangerousness posed to the public by that offender is not such that a public safety interest is served by public availability, the Board shall give that offender a Level 1 designation. Information on Level 1 offenders will not be available to the public. Neither the police nor the Board have authority to disseminate information to the general public identifying a Level 1 offender. Information identifying Level 1 offenders may only be given to the department of correction, any county correctional facility, the department of youth services, the department of social services, the parole Board, the department of probation and the department of mental health, all city and town police departments and the Federal Bureau of Investigation for law enforcement purposes. Level 2 Sex Offenders Where the Board determines that the risk of reoffense is moderate and the degree of dangerousness posed to the public is such that a public safety interest is served by public availability of registration information, it shall give a level 2 designation to the sex offender. The public shall have access to the information regarding a level 2 offender through the Local Police Department and through the Sex Offender Registry Board. Level 3 Sex Offenders Where the Board determines that the risk of reoffense is high and the degree of dangerousness posed to the public is such that a substantial public safety interest is served by active dissemination, it shall give a level 3 designation to the sex offender. The public shall have access to the information regarding a level 3 offender through the Local Police Departments and through the Sex Offender Registry Board . April 6, 2008 Georgia legislature passes revised sex offender residency restrictions As detailed in posts here and here, last year the Georgia Supreme Court struck down part of the state's sex offender residency restriction on a takings theory. Now, as detailed in local stories here and here, the state legislature has tried to fix the law. However, as this excerpt spotlights, this legislative fix may not end the constitutional litigation over these matters: The Georgia General Assembly has passed legislation reinstating residency and work restrictions on registered sex offenders. The restrictions were voted on Friday without going through the typical Senate committee process, and without hearings on the Senate side.... |

In Smogcity, peeing in public is a minor offense, but in this case, the guy was so drunk and very belligerent, to the point of defying the cops, something similar to the guy who was beat in L.A. and was filmed on video. |
