short trip report//sept 21-29

stayed @ la tortuga...loved it...this was about my 5th different hotel in my 8 yrs going to pdc...the staff/room/a/c all were great...as far as a/c lets just say i leave the remote on the lowest 18...at nite perfect.
agora was great for a little capuccino in the am....
went to mamitas every day...except when it rained....1 day.....
food: jaimes oasis about 3-4x excellant
tango taco....great filet mignon and i am a devout n.y.strip girl..the steak was awesome.....
babes 2x...once just for spring rolls...just love that peanut sauce..addicting
restaurant for first time casa de agua...service was above and beyond food had... a shrimp dish which was good....however the shrimp dish @ mesdia luna is much better....however the service at media luna really lacks something...i have been going there for a few years before they even moved and cant figur out whats up with them...not just me ..i sent 2 girls there from holland and they loved the food but said the service was the pits....and not busy.....please dont get me wrong but both times i have eaten there in may and recently it has been solo...the guy is rather rude....okay i keepgoing back because i love the food...too bad their service is the complete opposite od casa de agua....enough of this...
mamitas...love their shrimp cocktails and guacomole....great service....
had the pleasure of going to the pre opening of caribbean bar...great fun met up with lots of people i would have missed seeing
mambo cafe love it...
cabalova....love it....hang there alot.....
met some new people had another if not better time then last time in may....
last thought ...best tortilla soup.. media luna.....ciao
