I would suspect that when the construction is finished the airport bus will pull in at Juarez again. However, last trip I discovered that you don't have to haul everything to Juarez to return to the airport. Bought our tickets the day before and left from a small bus stop a few doors from the corner of Constituyentes and 30th Ave.
