California peeepmeet...!!!!!

ok i am dunk so lets all meet in ca sometime in the spring...march april and may is beautiful and not too hot...lots to do here...lets see what happens...............

there are alot of hotels in solvang..the one i work at is reasonable has a pool but not fancy...cK out svendsgaards danish lodge ..all rooms have refrigerators and coffeemaker... tv... hair dryers and are very clean ..some rooms have k beds with twin in a separate room or there are rooms with 2 double beds ..let me know if you have any questions..there are many other places to choose from ....

If you're lookin' for some input as to timing, if we were to try to make it, late April/early May would likely work best for us. We're in Playa till March 16, and Jackie starts getting real serious about her gardening and outdoors stuff by mid May.

Not gonna' happen. It's your part of the world we'd be visiting, and we'd all be counting on local knowledge to determine when and what's appropriate. Now, if you want to come to Winnipeg, I'm your guy, but I know dick about where you are. We're all aware that the weather in California is always perfect (saw Arnold in the ads) so presumably that's unlikely to be an issue? Y'know, stuff like that.

I'm in... for me same goes as for the Bumpers: I'd most likely stay longer than the peeps from the US since for me the flight is a little bit longer.

Late april/early may would do for me. There is a dive trip to Egypt mid-may that some friends want me to go to but I lean towards not going anyway.

Let's plan...

hey i am looking at dates and the end of april or first weekend in may looks good...after vintners fest. and before mothers day....airports ..lax 21/2 hours away depending on traffic.. santa barbara ..30-45 minutes away...lots to do here..solvang (little danish community) santa barbara..pismo beach..hearst castle ..paso robles (more wine tasting ..zin country)it could be warm and sunny or rainy at that time

...hotels are aplenty ..i work at one in solvang nothing fancy but clean with pool with cont. breaky...if you arrive in camper we have space to park you..i have lots of ideas depending on the size of the group...
