Non AI Board

It is nice to find a board that is not mostly AI, it is to bad this board is not used as much, although it seems to be getting better in the last month or so. Do you know any thing about th El Tukan Condotel Villas? Have made a cluple of enquires about this place but haven't got to much response. Do the people on this board ever get together in PDC during the week. Will be down on Feb 23 for two weeks.
