Bad news for the government and the country, they were considered the good guys. Terrible news for the families.

My brother in law works and parks his car in that area. Luckily, he left early yesterday!

Another family member was driving there when they heard the explosion happened. They floored it to get out of the area. Later they heard from a friend who had to evacuate a building there, leaving their belongings behind. They lost it all in the blaze.

Sounds like he was one of the good guys. This is terrible news. How awful that it crashed in such a populated area too.

I am not sure how to word this, but I hope the investigation proves it was accidental. Too frightening to think that it might not have been.

It proved to be negligence. The pilot got their Lear jet too close to the plane in front of them, despite warnings to slow down from the control tower, and that resulted in the Lear getting caught in wake turbulence.
