And there has to be some common sense involved in treatment. Take this situation - a 90 year old, in general poor health and dubious mental fitness, in need of a super costly experimental surgery that might not even work? Do you really think that is justified? As an example. Everyone has a grandpa, sure- but everyone's grandpa dies sometime, too.

These decisions are not easy ones to make, but they need to be wisely made.

if the 90 year old grandpa had private insurance. He may or may not be covered under individual carriers.

In a socialized system even breast implants will be covered. Whether the procedure is elective or not.

What we know is that the 17-year-old, visiting relatives in a gated community in Sanford, Fla., was on his way back to their house from 7-Eleven with an iced tea and a bag of Skittles. That’s when he caught the eye of George Zimmerman, a crime watch volunteer who called 911. Listening to that call made my blood run cold.

“Hey, we’ve had some break-ins in my neighborhood and there’s a real suspicious guy,” Zimmerman tells police before giving the address of where he is. “This guy looks like he’s up to no good or he’s on drugs or something.”

“These [expletive], they always get away,” Zimmerman says before getting out of his car to pursue Trayvon.

“Are you following him?” the police ask.

“Yes,” Zimmerman says. The officer on the phone tells him, “We don’t need you to do that.” But he did. In another 911 call, you can hear screaming for help and the fatal gunshot.

Russian forces enter Syria. To support Syrian troops defending against rebel forces. What will our President do? Russia has loyal ties with Syria. Plus any any anti west philosophy is welcome to Vladimir Putin.

With the Islamic Brotherhood who is the lead rebel philosophy in Syria is getting UN support and US support. Who has anti western philosophy. This could be a political smart move for O.

Both sides have anti west attitudes. So even if O loses in the long run, because he'll have to have a tough anti Putin policy. Would probably fail in a UN bid to oust Assad. O would still be in a position to say that he was Pro muslim freedom while being anti US at the same time.

He's gonna divide the anti US Mulims against anti US Muslims who support Russia and win in the public relations business with the muslims.

Meanwhile in Yemen. Shitte Muslim extremists murder Christian teacher for spreading the word. Even though killing people of different religious faiths is totally against the Koran.
