Well, yes. A home is supposed to be an investment, or so I've always been told. Now I have a mortgage underwater, so yes, I am worried that it's not worth squat. Especially since I'd really like to sell in a year or two, but I don't see that happening with the current market.

Do I blame the current administration? No. The previous one? Not really. Clinton? What's the use? It is what it is.

Are people who are concerned about their loss of investment "exaggerating?" I don't think so.
