Fact is I pay in taxes... lots of Taxes... Property taxes, State and local taxes, Sales taxes .. SS taxes, Medicare taxes, and I'm sure there are many more taxes I pay ....So kiss my (D)

Fact is: I'm for a National Sales tax and getting rid of all loopholes,deductions and credits ... say goodbye to the IRS .. you only pay a tax when you buy something ..if you don't buy anything then you pay-no taxes, if you buy $10,000 worth of stuff you will pay only 10% of what the guy buying a $1,000,000 worth of stuff pays, its fair and its equal... and everybody pays... Everything eles is a gimmick that has gotten us where we are today...

But hey , We are exactly were the (D) want us to be... Bankrupt...

Actually I've heard about a little coercion from the O administration. It seems as they enter through the gates. One highly trained INS agent quietly whispers into the ears of the would be Voter, " either you vote for me. Or I'll sick Michelle on you ". Works every time.

You are married filing jointly, correct? Does your spouse work? No? But you still get the credit based on your joint return. Just a wild guess - if your spouse were to get a job, her income would diminish your EITC or (god forbid!) do away with it entirely. Nice disincentive there, huh?

And you are further incorrect in that a person can certainly get the EITC if they don't have kids, it is just smaller.

And why don't you deduct your interest? Maybe it is because you don't itemize, since you have no need for ANY deductions, since you have no actual tax liability, thanks to the EITC.

And I wouldn't be so smug about paying those other taxes - because the Federal government turns around and gives them ALL right back to you, and then some, in the form of your EITC check.

I'll repeat, in case I wasn't abundantly clear before - I don't have a problem with the EITC, nor do I have a problem with you taking the handout.

My issue is only with your hypocrisy, and the negative things you have said about other welfare programs and especially other welfare recipients while gloating about your family doing the exact same thing yourselves.
