But that seems to be the question Mercy doesn't recognize or wants to avoid or something. (shrug)

Incidentally, I've seen the second one here on Playa.Info at least 2 and perhaps 3 times before. Once someone (ET?) even photoshopped it to say that I personally was wrong instead of just "someone" on the Internet.
I remember that, it did have your name in the caption. I forgot who posted it.

Well, I would disagree with that. Those numbers have been discussed before here and they will be under scrutiny in a serious way after the first. I have had a problem with Obama's arithmetic ever since he was elected and I do not think I'm alone. Also, the market has improved but I think it is temporary. My prediction for 2012 is a continuation of the crisis in Europe which will affect us. Now I must go have some wine and plan on the 1% style Christmas day menu.....

There are only two possible reasons for House Republicans to behave the way they did. Maybe they are so blinded by ideology that they no longer care about the impact their actions might have on struggling American families. Or maybe their only guiding principle is that anything Obama supports, they oppose.

The week’s events offer a lesson for Obama, too. One reason for all the Republican angst was that public opinion has become more sensitive to issues of economic justice. This may be partly due to the Occupy protests. But I’m convinced that Obama’s fiery barnstorming in favor of his American Jobs Act has played a big role. People are hearing his message.

The president has been on the offensive. It’s no coincidence that, for the first time in quite a while, Republicans are backing up.

It is not Obama's arithmetic, it is the Department of Labor's - and remember that the household survey shows more robust job growth.

I have some good Cab, Syrah and red blends in. Ginger and Kelsey are planning our Christmas day menu - all we have to do is drive and get some wine across the border

Unlike democrats...they sort of wonder how we are going to pay for stuff. You know...where's the money coming from? Are we going to keep robbing from the general fund to prop up SS....you know....nagging little questions like that.

We are opening a 1983 Barolo at Christmas dinner. I hope it was stored properly before we got it a few years ago as a gift.

well then !! there is no reason to extend the extended, extended, extended, extended extra unemployment benefits, because obviously the job growth is so ROBUST that it shouldn't be nessesary.. right?
