Newbie from Texas

Greetings y'all. Been lurking here for about a year while planning our Playa trip which is upcoming on 12/26-1/2. Can't wait to finally experience Playa for real, instead of virtually. Much thanks to everyone on this forum for all of the information provided - I'm sure we'll have a much better trip because of it. Of course, I'll provide a trip report with pics when we return.

Thanks for the welcome. We're staying at the Playa Kaan condos and some in our group are at Playa del Karma and others are at Aventura Mexicana. Heading down with our two adult children, my wife's brother and his girlfriend and my brother and his girlfriend. We promised this trip to our oldest son upon his return from Iraq last year (Army) and now he's scheduled to go back again this summer, so we plan to do it up big while we're in Mexico. Can't wait to throw back some margaritas while looking out at that beautiful blue water.
