Who's the chief? My dad was a flight deck chief on the U.S.S. Hornet during WW2. I can't mistake that rank. (less the mermaid of course)

My grandpa, Harry Thorleif Andersen, who was a Navy chief and served his country for over 20 years. My father died when I was very young and he was the "anchor" in my life. I got that tattoo in honor of him, I am meant to be the mermaid hugging him (the anchor, which with the 2 stars was also meant to represent the Chief's anchor). I'm lucky enough to have gotten the tattoo to honor him while he is still alive--he was tickled pink to see it this past September when I showed him.
