I have never heard anything but postitive remarks regarding the Playa.Info tours. It would be a good choice if your excursion dates match those offered by Playa.Info.
You are welcome to read about our recent tour to Chichen Itza in my trip report (below my signature line). We used Alderban tours through our hotel and the tour was quite 'eventful'.
