Senstori Azul or Iberostar Lindo?
Looking to compare the two resorts. I cannot seem to find much on the Azul. Im wondering how the beach is? Does anyone have a picture?
We are 3 couples(in our early 30's) celebrating our 10 yr anniversaries. Also looking at Barcelos, Grand sierinis,Grand riviera princess. Also wondering if any of these are time shares? Does anyone have suggestions? |

When are you hoping to book your trip?? There seems to be a bunch of us staying at the Azul Sansatori in the next couple months, so by the new year there will be more feedback on it to make your decision easier!
Either way you look at it, you can't go wrong because your still going to be in Playa Del Carmen! -Aaron |

We will be staying at the Grand Riviera Princess in June! I have read a few great reviews on here regarding that resort. I have heard that Azul is pretty nice also so not too sure if this helped or not

Just back from Secrets Silversands. It was right next to the Azul Sensatori. Both are very modern hotels. The beach at these hotels is not as nice as the beaches in and around PDC, but still nice. There was a ton of sea grass that the workers spent all day every day trying to clean up. If you want some good pictures look on a very large unnamed review site. Most I have looked at there are pretty accurate. I would post some, but I am a little slow getting them off my camera.

I would highly recommend the Sensatori .... we just checked in 2 days ago and it has been awesome so far (helps that the weather is great too right now!!). Post any questions here that you have, but regardless i will post more regarding the resort later on when i get back home (thinking of home right now sucks
, better get some drinks in me i guess!) Anyways, just got up and we are heading down stairs to destroy some breakfast! Buenos días everyone! -Aaron |

We are scheduled to go with our boys feb 14-21. I am getting nervous about what I have been reading at other sites. I would love to know about the rooms, the food, the gym, the tennis, the activities, etc. I really want this family vacation to be great but at this point I am contemplating switching to CLub Med or an Iberostar.

Are you referring to the Azul Sensatori??? It's been awesome so far and has exceeded my expectations as well. I'll write more on the Sensatori when we return on Monday. Word of advice .... stop reading the advisor site!! -Aaron |

friends of ours just got back from The Sensatori a couple of days ago and were extremely disappointed. They told us the place was not ready for business, they had sever plumbing problems, not just a leaky shower, sewage smell was very strong in their first room, garbage was gloating int he pool at night and they couldn't pass by the front desk without witnessing a screaming match between a guest and the manager. They said it had a ton of potential but that they should have addressed the plumbing and filtration issues before opening. We are seriously exploring other resorts at this point. Its a shame But maybe I will go to Sensatori next year when the kinks have been worked out.
