She wouldn't stop even if I asked (which I haven't), so don't worry about that

She's a really good sale shopper...

and no, she doesn't throw her generosity back at us...but I will say we do feel obligated for certain things (on top what is normally expected) though...(that's a whole 'nother topic though )

I've heard that from several sources, but it's kind of an old wives' tale I've read too... so who knows?

There isn't really a statistically significant pattern supposedly.

I can say that both of our doctors that we've had have asked about the history of twins in our families, and always have the "hmmmmm..." answer when we tell them that she's a twin. FWIW

Congrats to you and Bean, PG. I didn't know about this. I'm going with a girl, just cuz it evens things out.

Thanks jb! I'm kind of going for evening things out a little as well, but more so because Bean needs a shopping/mall buddy that isn't me

Thanks again! and twins would be fun, but Bean would def have to be a stay at home I think (We're already thinking about it, but that would be a defining point).

I have two younger sisters. We laugh almost everytime we're together about a different fight we had when we were growing up.

It's funny, because we're both so convinced that it's a girl that we're having trouble even thinking about boy names.

Our list of girl names is growing, and we have a top 5 list that is ongoing, but we're keeping it secret. We had bad experiences with our son when we started telling people name ideas, so we're just keeping them to ourselves
