Meeting Point outside Terminal 3

Hello! I have some questions about the Meeting Point outside of terminal 3.

1) Is this a restaurant?
2) Do they serve beer?
3) How long can people wait there for other passengers?
4) Can you bring beer from Coconuts to the Meeting Point?
5) We have people arriving from Terminal 2 and 3. Are the terminals to get to the meeting point close enough to walk?
6)What time does Meeting Point and Coconuts close at?

To me Coconuts would be the meeting point.....

well, I took beer from Coconuts onto the bus and then proceeded to drink it all the way to Playa...so I am thinking, yes

.....but I have NO idea WTF this 'Meeting Point' of which you speak is.

Coconuts is generally refered to as the meeting point just outside terminal 3 and yes they serve beer and other beverages but I don't think any food.
I can't see any reason you can't wait however long it takes. I wait till the next bus.
Getting from terminal 2 to 3, take the shuttle. It is possible to walk but you'd have to schlep thru the parking lot and the shuttle is free.
Don't know what time they close.

is to your left as you leave Terminal 3. There are tables and they serve food and drinks from the restaurant inside the terminal. It's a great place to meet people, or just hang out before your departure.

I can't remember of there are tables/chairs at Coconuts or not, as we used the Meeting Place.

The ADO bus to Playa will leave Terminal 3 and go to Terminal 2 to pick up passengers. I wouldn't want to walk it with my luggage. Depending on who arrives first, one can take the free shuttle over to the other terminal.

I know this info is going to be useful to me as soon as I figure out what terminal my friend and I are flying into. Can someone tell me what terminal Northwest Airlines and Sun Country fly into? Hopefully the same one. Also, I'm embarrassed because I have flown both into Cancun and can't remember for the life of me which terminal

Terminal 3 for sure. Babaloo did post a list a little while ago with which airline arrived at which terminal. Do the tickets from Sun Country not state the terminal?

Nevermind! Amazing thing that Google search engine

If anyone else wants to know Nortwest flys into terminal 2 and Sun Country flys into terminal 3. At least that's what I found in my search. Thanks in advance to anyone who was going to reply

I think all international flights now arrive at terminal #3.

That is correct, NWA flies into and out of Terminal 3, which is where Coconuts is....we just flew to CUN from Minneapolis in December and that was the situation.

Cool! That at least confirms NWA. I'm fairly certain that Sun Country flys into 3 as well. At least I know when I land I need to get to or stay at terminal 3 to meet my friend. Thanks all

Sun Country does fly into Terminal #3, I just printed out our itinerary for March flight.
