Tuesday!
Here's a bit more
After a fun filled evening with Jami and Lori, they mentioned they would be hanging out in front of the Playa Palms w/Shammy and Chris...I was walking North on the beach when I heard "hey Tony" Jami, Lori and Vikki (MyHappyPlace2) were having breakfast at ....There was no wind and the sun was hot...we then proceeded to Playa Palms for a dip in the ocean. As soon as we jumped in it clouded over and began to rain....It felt kinda good after a warm, no breeze morning... But then it did not stop! We were looked like wet rats.....huddling under an umbrella drinking cervezas... Eventually Chris and Anna Lynn (Shammy) invited us up to there room to warm-up and dry off, thank you!!!! Oh yeah, some how some way my new found amigas have ended up staying at the Posada Freud right next door to me! Nice huh! The evening's were great, a little happy hour then off to the restaurant of our choice! Eventually we figured the best way to enjoy more food was to have everyone choose and appetizer then pass them around so each could take some and build our own little feasts! Mmmmmm! Vikki is such a great and generous lady! Tuesday, morning was cloudy and rainy = Damn! But, hold the phone, Vikki has a laptop, let's look at the radar! Clouds and rain are heading North West...let's head South! Vikki drove us to Schmoo.... beach about 1/2 South of Playa...Thank you Vikki! We setup camp and the sun breaks through the clouds and we have our very own gorgeous day in paradise! We made the most of that day, that's for sure....after all the fun and games we even had a photo shoot on the beach and in the surf starring Vikki, Jami and Lori! I am a happy man on this trip to say the least! ;-)~ We liked our own paradise so much we went back Wednesday! |

Wed/Thursday!
Here's another installment, I don't have time to load pix, so I am hoping mi amigas will help with this!
We liked our own paradise so much we went back Wednesday! Wednesday, did someone mention Wednesday??? HA!!! Specifically Wednesday night, OMG! After some dinner and the Poker Party at Mom's, where more tequila flowed and 20 peso cervazas! I invited the whole crew (Anna Lynn, Chris, Jami, Lori and Vikki) to party on my balcony overlooking 5th Ave. And did they ever show up, and show things! Vikki brought a bottle of Centennario and did it ever get bloody! I will bet, we didn't notice at the time, but I'm positive there were many peeps on the street that would stop and watch us having a grand ol' time! Wooo-Hooo! Let's just say that there are many pix not postable! I was a hurtin' unit on Thursday, normally I can function pretty well after a night in PDC but this was one knock down, drag out party! I was so foggy I returned Jami's lighter to Vikki and said here's Shammy's lighter! Doh! Holy moly! But I was still the happiest man in PDC!!! Thursday, more clouds but we managed to still have fun! And it is Lori's Birthday - YAY Lori!! What else does Thursday mean? Hmmmmm - let's see..... Can you say The Nasty Bastards at Bad Boyz??? F_Yeah!! We rolled in about 5:15...the Bastards were still setting up! I had not eaten since breakfast and was feeling woozy from too much boozy at my bloody party! We ordered a bucket and some chips and pico and some guack and Vikki ordered fries! Smart women! With some food I was feeling better and ready to give it another go! Before you know it the joint was full and more fun and games began! One touching moment that occurred was a that slow song was played, Jami could not deal with so she got up and went to the beach and looked at the moon and shed some tears, we noticed this and all of us felt the sorrow and shed tears as well. She then told JJ "No more slow songs damn it" And he obliged all night! The band and all of the crowd sang Happy Birthday to Lori, it was fantastic, I have a great photo of her accepting all the warm wishes! What a great and and sweet smart and fun and sexy person Lori is! What a night, the place was jumpin'! In walks a really drunk couple (Tiffany and the hunk ?) They hadn't eaten but drank all day....Tiffany lost her shoes! Jami helps with peso counting for their la quenta! Time to dance! The hunk ? can dance, he looks a bit like Jack Johnson and can do the body roll... All the women's jaws are dropped! Oh if you only knew at the time ladies, he's not for you...really! And then there is Tom and Angie the best dancers of the night! They can cut a rug no doubt about it! Then there's Debbie (Felony) and her crew! Everyone's dancing! Kinda like the Juke Joint Jump! Debbie mesmerized us with the way she shakes it, she took a belly dancing class...her belly was away from us and all we could do was watch her from BEHIND! All of our jaws dropped! JJ and the crew and some locals including Chris played until 9:30 - Nice! Then it was time for some Carbonitos!.... Yummy!

great TR.. I like how everyone is putting in their version of what they remember.. it is really cool!! Keep up the good work and more pics please!! BTW Happy belated birthday to Shammy and Lori, sounds like you all had a wonderful birthday party (parties!).

Debbie mesmerized us with the way she shakes it, she took a belly dancing class...her belly was away
from us and all we could do was watch her from BEHIND! All of our jaws dropped! From the looks of it I think Deb took a bunch of classes! What a fun night! |
