You guys are crazy!
Do you have any idea how much "good" bacteria you can get from other peoples clothes? I dont even buy new clothes anymore for fear that nobody ever tried them on, nope its only rummage sale stuff for me these days! I can be almost assured of unwashed clothes and lots of really good bacteria! |

Ah, so you prescribe to the 'what doesn't kill you makes you stronger' school of thought. Just the thought of crabs or someone's dried **** on them makes me wanna hurl....that is enough for me to wash them first! ![]() and grossly enough, I only recently, in the past 5 years or so, starting washing my unpeeled fruits and vegetables (now I soak them all in a sink with antibacterial dish detergent and rinse)...now THAT is disgusting! I mean, you ingest those, fecal matter and bug poop and toxic chemicals, etc. Clothes are not nearly as big a deal, IMO.

New jeans have to be washed 3 or 4 times before I will wear them. Any other new clothes have to be washed at least once. I won't ever wear something that has been hanging in the closet for 6 months without washing it first. My wife says I have OCD.
