Excellent question! I'm interested in the answer as well. Dpreefer's restaurant list mentions them a few times, but there may be a newer option out there...

On 30 th Avenue, one door down from Constituyentes (next to the drugstore) on the right going north. And it may be the best place for chilaquiles, talking about freshness they have one of the best mini markets right next door.

This is the one across the street, the west side of 30th.

On the other side of the same street there is also the Pozoleria Mi Abuelita- I personally LOVE their Chilaquiles.
