SacBe info please

I was wondering some basic info. on the SacBe project.
1. Is there an updated site plan with available lots? (More recent than Feb.)
2. What is the price range in USD for the lots?
3. What is the average cost to build a single family home?
4. How do I set up a tour?
5. How far is the project from the beach?
6. What are the rules regarding pets?

Thank you so much. I know there are a lot of questions. I'm just really curious and excited about the opportunities.

The current lot map is pretty close. A couple of sold lots will be updated soon.

2. What is the price range in USD for the lots?
Purchasing information is here:

3. What is the average cost to build a single family home?
SacBe isn't a typical subdivision. Houses here are individual works in progress ranging from simple palapas to luxurious castles. I am building three houses of my own desigh now, and am always happy to talk to interested owners. There are plenty of styles and opinions around here for new owners preparing to build.

4. How do I set up a tour?
Tour information is here:

5. How far is the project from the beach?
Three miles.

6. What are the rules regarding pets?
Pet rules are in the bylaws. Basically, dogs under control, cats neutered and in the house.

Greetings Bill,

I hope this post finds you well.

I am just reading about the community you are building three homes in.

What type of construction are you seeing and employing? What type of skillset is the community looking for? My family and I are moving to Mexico and are considering locations.

Over the years I traveled across many parts of Mexico, lived in Jalisco, lived in Europe, constructed earthships, lived off-grid, installed and sold solar electric systems, and delivered three of my four daughters.

I am looking to leverage my experiences to help others and my family.

Please advise if you would be interested in starting a dialogue. The preferred method of communication is via email at: earthship@gmail.com

Best,

Hunter

Hi Hunter, thanks for checking about Pueblo SacBe.

My home construction type can be seen here The Adventures of Bill. I use concrete here because the raw materials are locally sourced, and it is highly recommended in hurricane areas.

The people here look for basic construction, plumbing, and electrical workers. These are plentiful and very affordable.

Sounds like you have led a very sustainable life. I have been installing solar panels and wind turbines too. Here is my business website Playa Systems - Alternative Energy for the Riviera Maya.

I will be happy to talk with you more about your interest in this region. I will contact you by email.
