You know what might help us newbies? Pictures. If by chance you find an awsome resturant with the best whatever and you have a camera, take a pic! It would be greatly appareciated. I hear about all of these great dishes, but I'm not totally confident in what they really are. I think it would make more people comfortable and knowledgeable if they could put a picture to an idea. Thanks!!
