The place is H&M Carniceria or something similar. It is a carneceria on 1st, just one block south of Juarez at around Avenida 15. 1st is a one way street heading east. The carniceria will be on the right. The arracherra is great. Your entire meal is about $7 with meat, baked potato or baked whole onion plus all the trimmins'. I buy a lot of our fresh (and frozen) beef and pork there to cook at home as well. They carry US Angus also. Very friendly service and a busy place. Lots of locals.
