well if you cant actualy be in Playa you must take every chance to pretend...

woke up at about 10:00 felt good to sleep in but as I was trying to shuffle or roll out of Bed I realized I was waisting Daylight...I could here Donna downstairs doing Domestic stuff And figured I better get up and Get moving...
Shower....Swim suit...T-shirt...flip Flops...and down the stairs I went...
As I walked outside I saw the same sky I had seen many times In Playa...
Sun with small cotton ball clouds...what a nice day this was going to be...we had our best friends coming over to hang with us today so I needed to get things in order....Donna made me a list for the store and I was off....

....I ended up getting all of the above but also
realized we needed cat food soap and other stuff
you only think about as you are wondering around the store
also got some Peppercorn Ribs,sausage,limes
A Watermelon,cantalope and some other things we didnt need..
I had to go to another store for Corona for Donna
because it was on sale for $11.99 a 12 pack.
Dos Equis was also on sale for $11.99 a 12 pack.
oh yeah had to get a couple of those to..
anyway back to Villa Sun Seekers and unloaded the truck...
ICE DOWN THE BEER!!!!!
its already 85F and only noon...
got the grill cleaned up and brushed the Cenote out to make it all sparkly..
our friends showed up about 12:30 and it was time to get our drink on...
the girls took there side of the cenote and us guys were on the other side...
I made us a bucket of beers so we wouldnt have to walk to the cooler everytime we wanted a drink...the sun was blazing...I think we hit about 90F.
the remainder of the sunlight went something like this...
drank beer...got hot...got in the water...drank beer...got hot...got in the water...
as the sun was setting about 6:00 Mark and I started the grill and got to cooking...By 7:15 we were munching on some tasty treats..
Ribs.Tenderloin.Sausage..YUM YUM YUM....
as we were done eating we put the Lakers/T wolves game on in HD
and pretty much vegged for the rest of the evening...that is until My daughter came home with about 15 of her friends to swimm in
Cenote Donamichi...They made lots of noise and may have
changed the delicate nature of the cenote...I have marine Biologist coming in to check it out....
Its true we didnt get to eat at El Oasis....we didnt get to walk the beach or stroll down 5th ave...We didnt even get to use the PLAYA DEAL CARD but we did pretend we were in mexico and having fun....
