Thanks so much for sharing your pictures, I especially have enjoyed seeing Ian & Connie, we enjoyed spending time with them during a few past trips and I'm glad to see them looking good and happy!

Hidden Worlds is on 307 a few minutes before you get to Tulum.

We all loved Hidden Worlds and we will definitely go back. It was clean and organized. The staff was friendly and we had a great time! The only thing I will warn you about is if you have toe rings on-take them off before snorkeling because I lost mine in the cenote. Apparently the water is cold enough to shrink the toes and the rings slide right off. Also, we recommend the wet suit for $3 because the water is quite chilly.

So after leaving Hidden Worlds on the collectivo and getting back to Playa, we decided that we should stop by the Beer Bucket for a quick beer. We each had a giant Modelo.

Vic was in quite a rush to finish his beer and head back to the room so I knew something was up. He was freezing and had a fever. So, I consulted with my friendly nurse, Connie, and she said Cipro should work ok. I don't know if this fever was the after effects of the Revenge, an infection from the blisters from the first day, or some kind of virus; but it seemed to work.

Penny, Steph, and I had made a plan earlier in the day to watch lost at Casa Jalapeno, Brent and Kathleen's place. By the way, I love what you've done with the place. It looks great. Plus you get ABC in English. That's the only way to watch Lost.

Penny made us some yummy margaritas

Bobster stopped by, but we forgot to tell him the rules of watching Lost-no talking in the room where Lost is being watched. Don't worry, we all yelled at him and it was back to peace and quiet so we could figure out what was going on

As soon as Lost was over, I head back to the hotel since we had a long day at Hidden Worlds and I needed to check in on Vic. I bought us our most expensive dinner in Playa, 2 slices of pizza, bottle of water and coke light for 50 pesos

Last beach day-Vic is feeling good enough to head to Kool. I guess the Cipro worked.

We spent our last day on the beach with Ian and Connie, Ed, Nancy and Christian, and Steph, Penny , and Tyler. We had a nice relaxing day.

Our last night so we had to head down 5th and pick up a few things for the kids. But first some cigars for the biggest kid of all.

After a quick shopping trip, we head down to Bad Boys since it's Thursday night.

We head down to Antica to meet Ed and Nancy for some Italian

After a quick couple of drinks at PGs, we call it a night. We say goodbye to our friends and dread tomorrow's trip back to the snow!

We had a great time meeting some new friends and catching up with some old friends. Hopefully we will be able to do the same thing all over again next year

(Finished just in time-I'm off to go watch Letterman so I can see U2)

Enjoying your report! I can relate to the blisters. For our first trip to Playa, 6 years ago or so I bought these really cute sandals for the trip. I had blisters before I even got to the gate at the airport Loving your report and pics. Those pics are amazing! Such blue water
